Reports on the application of rules and of the Code of Ethics of the LU-VE Group
This internal reporting channels has been set up in order to ensure an adequate information flow with regard to breaches of the rules of law and/or procedural and regulatory provisions and /or of the Code of Ethics of the LU-VE Group, which have come to our knowledge in a work context.
Through the aforementioned channel, reports are directed to the person and/or to the autonomous dedicated internal office and/or to the external service designated by the LU-VE Group company involved in the report, which protects the strictest confidentiality in relation to the identity of the whistleblower, as well as the content of the report and the relevant documentation.
