LU-VE Group at the event for the National Strategic Fund

On September 30th, during an event at Palazzo Mezzanotte, the headquarters of the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan, the National Strategic Fund was presented. This fund is the result of a collaboration between Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (the prominent Italian Development Financial Institution), banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and private investors, and it will soon become a reality.

The chairman and CEO of LU-VE Group, Matteo Liberali, participated in the session, moderated by Barbara Lunghi (Head of Primary Markets, Borsa Italiana), along with Brunello Cucinelli (president of Cucinelli) and Valeria Sandei (CEO of Almawave), who shared the success stories of their respective companies following their stock market listing.

The event was attended by Federico Freni (Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Finance), Fabrizio Testa (CEO of Borsa Italiana), Giovanni Gorno Tempini (Chairman of CDP), Francesco Mele (Investment Director and CEO of CDP Equity) and Gian Marco Salcioli (Head of Global Markets Strategy IMI CIB Intesa San Paolo).

The National Strategic Fund was discussed. It acts as a "fund of funds" and is intended to serve as a catalyst for the Italian stock market. It is a new tool designed to be simple, transparent, and inclusive, and it is open to both Italian SGRs and international asset management companies to gather resources from institutional and retail investors.
